Certification of knowledge and skills through a strong learning program and reasonable testing plays a major role in customer confidence that desired results will be achieved from key internal and external resources.

Taleo Core Certified: Core certification provides a partner's team members with basic qualifications and the essential knowledge within Taleo Recruitment for Staffing WebTop, Manager WebTop, Administrator WebTop and Taleo's reporting tool XIR2. This is earned through team members successfully achieving:

Taleo Expert Certified: Expert certification builds upon the Core certification and provides a partner's team members with advanced qualifications within Taleo Recruitment for Staffing WebTop, Administrator WebTop and Taleo's reporting tool XIR2. This is earned through team members successfully achieving:

Taleo Elite Certified: Elite certification builds upon the Expert certification and provides a partner's team members with specialized expertise in the Taleo Onboarding module, the Taleo Connect Client tools and Taleo Enterprise Recruitment Implementation Methodology. This is earned through team members successfully achieving:

Certification programs may be taken by individuals or scheduled for similar groups of partner personnel. Each individual achieves certification by successfully completing necessary pre-requisites, completing a virtual or classroom based program, and achieving a passing score on the program assessment. Once the minimum number of partner team members achieves individual certifications within each level, the Core, Expert and Elite designations are earned for the partner organization.
