Taleo Products

For Enterprise Customers, our product strategy will focus on enhancing the Taleo Enterprise Edition™ product line for large customers and medium-sized customers by incorporating the best of the Vurv intellectual property (e.g., competency library) into the Taleo Talent Management Platform. We expect to roll out these enhancements continuously in solution packs to the Taleo Platform, starting in 2009.

• We will maintain and support the Vurv enterprise recruiting solutions for 3 years.
• We will maintain and support the Vurv Staffing Edition solution for 3 years.
• We will maintain and support the Vurv enterprise performance management solution for 2 years.

We will not be selling the Vurv recruiting and performance management offerings.

After closing the acquisition, Taleo has a larger development team and broader domain expertise, strengthening our capacity to deliver innovative talent management solutions.

For SMB customers, our goal is to incorporate the best of the Vurv intellectual property and product line into Taleo's market leading SMB Talent Management Platform, delivering a unified recruiting and performance management solution. Taleo Business Edition™ (TBE) is the core of this Platform. The TBE solution for recruiting is available today—new enhancements will be available in 2H08. The TBE solution for Performance Management will be available at the end of 2008.

We are committed to supporting the investment customers have made in Vurv’s SMB solutions. We look forward to working with the Vurv community on our roadmap which leverages the combined resources of both companies. We will maintain and support the Vurv Express recruiting and performance management solutions through 2009.

This acquisition will benefit our combined customer base by focusing the industry’s leading SMB talent management resources on a single development investment.
